Greg Bachmann​
Director and Chairman of Dymax Companies​


Greg has been responsible for Dymax Corporation and its subsidiaries since September 2005. He is the second-generation of Bachmann's to operate Dymax Corporation. Greg started at Dymax in 1993, as Supervisor of the Dymax Adhesives Manufacturing and Packaging Operation, then served as Program Manager, and lastly General Manager of the Equipment Group before becoming Director and Chairman. Greg holds an Executive MBA and BGS with a minor in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Connecticut. ​

 

Lauren Stumpf

Chief Financial Officer

Lauren joined Dymax in 2012 as North American Controller, following roles at PwC and Stanley Black & Decker. Since then, she has led key initiatives including global ERP implementation and the formation of the Financial Planning & Analysis team. Now serving as Global Director of Finance, she oversees all Finance and Accounting functions. Lauren holds a degree in Accounting and an MBA from Sacred Heart University and serves on the board of a local charter school.​

Simon Ang

Chief Operations Officer

Born and raised in Singapore, Simon began his career in the Singapore Armed Forces and holds a BA (Hons) in Business with International Management. He played a key role in Blaze’s expansion into Malaysia, Indonesia, and Hong Kong before officially joining Dymax in 2004 as Sales Manager and Technical Consultant in Changzhou. He helped establish the Dymax Asia sales team and manufacturing operations, later relocating to Hong Kong in 2006 to support the launch of Dymax Shenzhen. Today, Simon leads global operations for Dymax Companies.​

Mindy Kaur

Chief of Staff

Mindy joined Dymax in 2019, bringing over 15 years of experience supporting CEOs and executive leaders. Her accomplishments include building an MDRT distributor team in the insurance sector, establishing global office branches (Nigeria, Dubai, Singapore), and developing operational processes and guidelines. Formerly Senior Executive Assistant at Dymax, she now plays a key role in senior leadership, driving organizational management, cross-functional communication, and strategic initiatives. Mindy holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management.​

Robert Palmer

Global Brand Director

Robert joined Dymax in 2018 as Director of Global Business Development for Electronics, bringing two decades of experience in marketing, product management, and business development within the specialty chemicals industry. At Dymax, he has led strategic planning, process development, and analytics to support global growth. In his current role, Robert oversees all commercial functions worldwide. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University.​
